Cancellation

Cancel any time from Settings → Plan. You won't be charged again, and your agents keep running until the end of the period you've paid for.

Refunds

If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, write to vaibhav@aadicrm.com for a full refund. After that, payments for the current period are not refunded. If you were charged in error, we refund in full within 7 working days to the original payment method.

Delivery

Shortlist is a digital service, activated immediately after payment. Nothing is shipped.
