The service

Shortlist provides software agents that search for jobs, submit applications and draft referral emails on your instructions, using accounts you connect. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for every email you approve.

Third-party sites

Job boards and company sites have their own terms, and some restrict automated use. Job-board automation is offered as a beta and used at your own risk; a site may limit or suspend your account. We pause an agent when a site shows a security check, and we never bypass CAPTCHAs.

Fair use

Daily limits protect your accounts and the people you contact. You may not use the service to send bulk or unsolicited marketing, or to contact anyone who has opted out.

No guarantee

We can't guarantee interviews, replies or job offers. The service is provided “as is”; our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months.

Subscriptions

Plans renew automatically until cancelled. See our Refunds & Cancellation policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.
